Job Title: People and Culture Coordinator

Location: Onsite Davao City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Reports to: HR Manager

Job Summary:

Global Staff Network is looking for a dedicated and people-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to join our internal HR team. This role plays a key part in supporting employee engagement, maintaining strong relationships with our Australian clients, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and passionate about people development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular 1:1 employee check-ins and pulse surveys to monitor well-being, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Australian clients for updates on employee performance, leave approvals, and contract changes.
  • Track employee engagement and morale, and flag early signs of disengagement or potential attrition.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, wellness activities, team-building events, and recognition initiatives.
  • Lead and support the onboarding and cultural integration process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update internal HR systems.
  • Address employee feedback and concerns professionally, and escalate issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
  • Support the performance management process, including scheduling reviews, gathering feedback, and tracking progress on development plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver HR programs and initiatives aligned with company values and employee needs.
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and internal updates.
  • Prepare regular reports on employee engagement trends, check-in outcomes, and other HR metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, HRBP, People and culture, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport with employees.
  • Comfortable coordinating with international clients and handling confidential information.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing people-related issues.
  • Proficient in using HR tools, Microsoft Office, HRIS and basic reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
