Primary Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for timely processing of payroll reports, which includes timekeeping, bank advice, and mandatory contributions, as well as authorized deductions.
Major Responsibilities
- Handles end-to-end processing of payroll which includes computation and recording of overtime, tardiness, regular and special holiday premiums and all other information in order to produce accurate payroll
- Timely and accurately processes payroll reports every 11th and 26th day of the month for FMPI employees
- Coordinates with MSD on timekeeping system and Accounting Department for employee deductions
- Timely processing the unused sick leave credits conversion at the end of the year
- Prepares the monthly government remittances reports and deduction schedule
- Processes government loans and benefits of employees
- Ensures timely printing and distribution of payslips of all employees
- Timely updates and ensures accurate records of attendance, leave, absences and tardiness
- Timely send monthly attedance summary to all departments
- Timely routes clearance of separated employees and computes the last pay and all remaining receivables of a separated employee
- Timely prepares and computes the last pay of employee
- Ensures timely release of last pay and payment of quit claim
