Simfinity is the Philippines' first all-in-one interactive entertainment space—featuring racing, flight, and golf simulators, VR experiences, retro arcades, and music booths. We're looking for energetic, curious, and tech-savvy people to help customers discover everything our store has to offer.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with the Business Owner, handling the day-to-day business needs.
- Handling all Employee, HR & Government agencies, 201 file documentation & processing, etc.
- Managing and sourcing for events, suppliers and partnerships with local businesses.
- Maintaining a database of contacts, transactions, supplies.
- Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm. You're the first smile they see.
- Guide customers through different simulator zones and explain how each experience works.
- Operate the POS system, manage cash transactions, and accurately log hourly playtime for each customer.
- Keep the store organized and spotless, maintain cleanliness and assist in daily upkeep.
- Take photos and short clips for social-media content.
- Help troubleshoot minor PC or equipment issues (we'll train you).
- Support teammates in daily setup, closing, and equipment checks.
- Any other related tasks as needed.

- Curious and adaptable (willing to help in any task the store needs.)
- Interest or background in any of the following is a big plus: Sim Racing, Flight Sims, Golf, Retro Gaming, Music & Arcades
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Effective communicator in both English and Filipino.
- Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Adobe PDF tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
- Must be fit to work and available to start immediately
- Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
