1.    Overall in charge with the end to end recruitment process: From reviewing resumes, short listings,    screening applicants through interview, assisting in the pre-employment interviews, hiring and on-boarding.

2.    Develops and implements recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill company staffing needs

3.    Receives and reviews Manpower Requisition Form and reviews completeness of attachments. Routes    the same to signatories and log into the Manpower Requisition Form Monitoring.

4.    Post job vacancies at company's job portals within 24 hours from date of receipt of approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF).

5.    Actively joins job fairs on school, local recruitment activities by PESO offices and coordinates to CDC and other Training/Vocational schools for company job vacancies.

6.    Responds to online job opening inquiries and updates applicants with their applications.

7.    Ensures timely filling up of vacancies: 30 days for rank and file, 45 days for supervisory (Timeline is from date of receipt of approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) up to the acceptance of applicant of the Job Offer (JO).

8.    Updates and submits the Manpower Requisition Form Monitoring every Friday.

9.    Conducts character / reference checks for qualified applicants within 48 hours from recommendation of Job Offer (JO) by the department/division head.

  1. Timely prepares Job Offer (JO) within 24 hours from clearance of background investigation/character reference.

  2. Conducts orientation for the newly hired employees which includes company history, code of discipline and company policies.

  3. Point person for all agency concerns and issues.

  4. Prepares and checks the pre-employment checklist for newly hired employees.

  5. Issues company uniform, company ID and first day kit for newly hired employees.

  6. Timely prepares the Job Description, Probationary Contract, non-disclosure agreement, and endorsement letter of new employee.

  7. Checks and reviews the submitted government mandated forms and endorsed the same to HR Assistant for Benefits within 24 hours from date of receipt.

  8. Timely prepares the 201 file of new employee and encodes the same in AMS software not later than the day the new employee starts.

  9. Handles the annual work load evaluation and updating of Job Description.

  10. Manages the AMS employee's 201 file and ensures timely updating of employee records.

  11. Performs other tasks assigned by the HR Manager or AVP for Human Resources.
