Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business courses or BA/BS Psychology
- Attentive to details and with good communication skills
- With basic understanding of HR administration and practices
Job Overview:
- Updates personal file of employees like change of civil status, additional dependents, etc.
- Assists HR Supervisor in the different HR related tasks
- Assists in the preparation of manpower reports
- Conduct orientation of newly hired employees regarding HR systems
- Prepares reports required by Top management and other entities.
- Support HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Prepares & submits government related documents such as Sickness Notification, others filed by the employees.
- Prepares and submits loan applications by the employees.
