About the role

Join our dynamic team at Fun Han Mart' as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will play a key role in driving sales and marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Fun Han Mart''s products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Manage and update the company's online presence, including website and social media platforms
  • Provide support in organising and participating in trade shows, events and other promotional activities
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers and presentations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and content management systems
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
