Job Description

  • Partner with data analytics, sales teams, and product providers in developing customer campaigns for both life and general insurance products including base generation, campaign mechanics, tracking and monitoring, and closure.
  • Partner with product managers and sellers to provide a pipeline of suitable target customers in line with new product or initiative launches.
  • Spearhead activities that identify emerging consumer needs in the aspects of wealth management, insurance and protection through customer research, surveys, and other methods. (A) Using the insights gained, co-develop with the product provider strong customer propositions or targeted messages to increase product uptake; (B) Review and rationalize customer marketing materials in tandem with the product manager and product provider to support new or targeted customer propositions vis-à-vis product suite
  • Analyze product and sales data and work with Sales Performance Management (SPM) team as well as product providers to develop short-term and long-term targeted sales drives to increase revenues.
  • Lead the development and management of communication materials related to product launches, nurturing communications, as well as customer campaigns.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for identifying and onboarding potential new product providers in life insurance, general insurance, as well as new opportunities like the healthcare industry (a.k.a. health maintenance organizations).
  • Ensures that complete approvals and closure reports of all campaigns are prepared and submitted in line with established controls and procedures
