Key Responsibilities:- Manage assigned client accounts and act as primary point of contact for policy servicing.
- Handle insurance policy quotations, proposals, and renewals.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, endorsements, and documentation.
- Prepare Statements of Account (SOAs), billings, and coordinate with the Collections Officer for timely payments.
- Monitor client portfolio, ensuring policies are renewed on time.
- Assist in claims processing by coordinating required documents with the Claims Manager.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and trackers.
- Support sales initiatives by cross-selling and upselling appropriate insurance products.
- Generate and submit regular reports (quotations, accounts tracker, collections updates, etc.) to the Account Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, or account management (non-life insurance background is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Team player with initiative and sense of responsibility.
