Distribution Center Specialist

We're looking for a Distribution Center Specialist to join our growing Supply Chain team This role ensures smooth daily operations in the distribution center from receiving and storing goods to order fulfillment and dispatch. You'll play a vital part in maintaining accurate inventory, efficient warehouse flow, and high-quality product handling.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and safekeeping of stocks
  • Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and company policies
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and SAP updates
  • Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics for scheduling and documentation
  • Support order fulfillment by preparing and dispatching delivery items accurately and on time
  • Manage returns (BO/RTV) and ensure timely reporting and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives in the warehouse
  • Provide leadership and training support to new team members

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any course (preferably related to Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business)
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics (FMCG experience preferred)
  • Proficient in inventory systems or SAP is a plus
  • With a valid driver's license and ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (preferred)
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and proactive with good communication skills
  • Willing to work on holidays, rest days, or extended hours when needed
