Dumaguete, Central Visayas, Philippines K5 Distribution Full time ₱250,000 - ₱500,000 per year
  • Ensures that all K5 products are available and adequate in all possible outlets.
  • Implement approved sales promotions at outlet level.
  • Complies with agreed schedule of outlet call days.
  • Ensures complete collection with proper attachments (DM, EWT, etc.)
  • Make sure that collections are within the approved credit terms.
  • Ensures that all cash remittances from stockman are balance and complete.
  • Assist during loading of stocks and making sure that the loaded stocks are complete.
  • Assist during unloading of stocks to the outlet.
  • Ensure proper stocks management and inventory.
  • Liable for short/over of stocks.
  • Liable for any short remittance and/or short computation of collection.
  • Evaluate performance of outlets.
  • Attains sales volume/revenue objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Submit reports and remit all cash and check promptly as required by management
  • Performs and follows all established company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the proper and correct invoicing of stocks to customer.
  • Responsible for proper control, acceptance, and recording of customer's BO.
  • Reports to supervisor any stocks that are near to expire, 2 months before expiry date.
  • Responsible in having all BO checked by Warehouse Department.
