We are looking for an organized admin & accounting officer to manage the administrative and financial management of our business. The responsibilities of an accounting officer include analyzing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting and legal requirements, and preparing budgets.
An Admin and Accounts job description involves managing financial records, such as accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), processing invoices, and reconciling accounts, while also providing general administrative support, like maintaining client records, handling correspondence, and organizing office functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth financial operations and efficient office management. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts, in compliance with accounting principles.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, verify payments, ensure timely payments to vendors, and manage customer invoices and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Processing: Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Client and Vendor Communication: Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone and email to respond to inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and manage obligations.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general office support, including managing office supplies, digital filing of documents, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Software Proficiency: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial software systems and use standard office applications like MS Office and Google apps.
- Auditing and Compliance: Support with audits, fact-checking, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php45,000.00 per month
