Key Responsibilities
Accounting Tasks
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and billing statements
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
  • Encode daily financial transactions into the accounting system
  • Process reimbursements and petty cash liquidation
  • Maintain accurate and updated financial records
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
  • Coordinate with external accountants for monthly and annual reports
Administrative Tasks
  • Manage office communications (emails, calls, documents)
  • Organize and maintain company files and records
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other business documents
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Assist in schedule coordination, meetings, and company activities
  • Support basic HR functions such as attendance monitoring and filing of employee documents
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in accounting or admin role is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply)
  • Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge in accounting software is a plus
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
