Accounting Tasks
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and billing statements
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring
- Encode daily financial transactions into the accounting system
- Process reimbursements and petty cash liquidation
- Maintain accurate and updated financial records
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
- Coordinate with external accountants for monthly and annual reports
- Manage office communications (emails, calls, documents)
- Organize and maintain company files and records
- Prepare letters, reports, and other business documents
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Assist in schedule coordination, meetings, and company activities
- Support basic HR functions such as attendance monitoring and filing of employee documents
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in accounting or admin role is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply)
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge in accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
