Role: Channel Manager for Makati Area
As our
Channel Manager
, you'll be at the heart of branch operations, ensuring every transaction is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care. You'll also play a key role in empowering your team to understand and promote our products so we can better serve our clients and achieve our branch goals together. This role reports to the Branch Head and works closely with Tellers, Officers, and support teams across the bank—making collaboration and communication essential parts of your day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across all currencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral.
- Guiding and supporting branch staff to ensure operational excellence and full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
- Helping drive our marketing and sales efforts by cross-selling products and ensuring the team understands how to position these offerings to meet client needs.
- Coordinating with other branches and support units to ensure seamless processes, clear communication, and consistent service quality.
What Success Looks Like
- Daily branch operations run efficiently, accurately, and safely.
- Clients consistently experience smooth transactions and outstanding service.
- The team is confident in offering bank products and services—and meets or exceeds branch targets.
- Compliance is upheld at all times, with clear documentation and adherence to bank policies.
Qualifications We Value
- Bachelor's degree Holder
- At least 2 years of experience in branch banking operations.
- Strong persuasion and marketing skills.
- A solid grasp of compliance requirements and the ability to ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory standards, and operational controls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
