Job description
FWB Resort is looking for an individual to be positioned at the Front Desk office who is in charge of coordinating with relevant departments and providing support to the management by answering inquiries and concerns of clients and prospects, coordinating with other departments in order to deliver quality and dependable resort services, maintaining cleanliness of the front desk areas of responsibility, organizing front desk documents and maintaining relevant records.
Job scope
- Support and communicate with the resort departments to deliver resort services to clients.
- Entertain and answer inquiries and concerns from guests and prospective clients.
- Maintain cleanliness within the areas of responsibility of Front Desk area.
- Organize supporting documents relevant to the Front desk processes.
- Collect service fees and update necessary records.
- Post Facebook story of cottage availability.
- Update and maintain client records.
- Update resort calendar of events.
- Support the management from time to time.
- Maintain proper decorum.
Job requirements and qualifications
- A degree in Tourism Management, Business, or have related certifications from a related to the job is an advantage.
- Senior high school graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Applicant must working knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Applicant must have time management skills.
- Applicant must have strong communication skills.
- Applicant must be keen to details.
- Applicant must have a positive attitude.
- Applicant must be willing to learn.
- Applicant must be able to work with others.
