Sharepoint Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, configuration, and administration. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in Laravel, capable of building and integrating web applications that complement our SharePoint environment. This role requires solid technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Development & Administration

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and custom components.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, site collections, and security settings.
• Customize SharePoint pages using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint issues, ensuring site performance, availability, and reliability.
• Assist with SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and version management.

Laravel Development

• Build, maintain, and enhance Laravel-based applications and tools that integrate with SharePoint or support business operations.
• Develop APIs and backend services using Laravel best practices.
• Optimize Laravel applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Work with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ensure data integrity and performance.

Integration & Collaboration

• Create integration points between SharePoint and Laravel applications (API connections, data syncing, authentication flows, etc.).
• Collaborate with IT, business users, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and technical reports.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience working with SharePoint (Online or On-Premise).
• Strong proficiency in Laravel and PHP development.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or SPFx.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and database design principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure AD, Azure Functions, App Services).
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
