Customer Service Supervisor – Front Desk (After Sales)
Job Overview
The Customer Service Supervisor – Front Desk (After Sales) is responsible for leading day-to-day front-line operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the after-sales process. This role oversees front desk staff, manages escalated concerns, and ensures that all service procedures are executed efficiently, accurately, and with professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-driven, and experienced in customer service leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coach front desk personnel to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
- Ensure timely and effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, product returns, warranties, and all after-sales concerns.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for after-sales service.
- Resolve escalated issues by providing prompt and appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Sales, and Technical Support to address customer needs efficiently.
- Track, analyze, and report service performance metrics to improve customer experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, service techniques, and awareness of company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle conflict resolution effectively.
- Familiarity with after-sales operations, warranties, and return processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service or CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
