Your Role
As a Claims Administrator, you will:

  • Analyze and respond to the first notification of the claim.
  • Identifying files which are to be actively pursued through all avenues of recovery.
  • Providing timely and useful advice to insurers and the client regarding claim developments.
  • Identifying and obtaining relevant quantum documentation as required within the client organisation.
  • Identifying claims at risk of litigation and taking the required steps to ensure the necessary commercially focused steps are taken.

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • Previous experience in the end to end claims management experience.
  • Experience interpreting legislation, insurance policies and commercial agreements.
  • Experience identifying potential issues within claims and escalating for review.
  • Demonstrated experience in file reviews.
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and document management systems
