Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, suppliers and partners—ensuring alignment with company policies, legal requirements and commercial objectives. Manage the full contract lifecycle: initiation, execution, amendments/variations, monitoring performance, renewals and terminations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project management, procurement, finance, legal) to ensure contracts reflect commercial, legal and operational interests. Maintain accurate contract records and document control: track key terms, obligations, deadlines, extensions and renewals. Monitor contract performance and compliance—identify non‑performance, disputes, claims or risks and propose corrective actions. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering or related discipline; professional certification in contract management is desirable. Proven experience (3‑5+ years) in contract administration/management, preferably in construction, marine, manufacturing or infrastructure industry. Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms & conditions, risk management and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills; competent with Microsoft Office and familiarity with contract management systems. Ability to work with multiple contracts simultaneously, manage deadlines and collaborate across functions (legal, procurement, finance, project management). Working Conditions Normal office hours/day shift (Monday to Friday) with primarily office‑based work; occasional site visits or meetings with suppliers/subcontractors/clients. May involve pressure around contract close‑outs, renewals or claims, requiring attention to deadlines and responsiveness. Frequent interaction with multiple departments and external parties (vendors, clients, legal advisors), requiring coordination and communication skills. Key Competencies Commercial and contractual acumen: comprehension of business/contract risks and ability to drive value. Negotiation and influencing: capable of conducting contractual discussions, defending company positions and reaching balanced outcomes. Attention to detail: ensuring contract terms are precise, documented, tracked and executed. Stakeholder management: effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
