About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Philhealth Processing Staff to join our team at the Borough Medical Care Institute Inc.' in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in our records management and document control processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately process Philhealth claims and documentation
  2. Maintain detailed records and filing systems for Philhealth-related documents
  3. Liaise with patients, insurance providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient Philhealth processing
  4. Provide excellent customer service to all individuals interacting with the Philhealth department
  5. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall records management and document control functions

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  2. Proficient in data entry and office software applications
  3. Experience in Philhealth processing or a similar records management role
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
