Your Role Analyze and respond to the first notification of the claim. Identifying files which are to be actively pursued through all avenues of recovery. Providing timely and useful advice to insurers and the client regarding claim developments. Identifying and obtaining relevant quantum documentation as required within the client organisation. Identifying claims at risk of litigation and taking the required steps to ensure the necessary commercially focused steps are taken. What You Need Non-negotiables Previous experience in the end to end claims management experience. Experience interpreting legislation, insurance policies and commercial agreements. Experience identifying potential issues within claims and escalating for review. Demonstrated experience in file reviews. Previous experience and working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and document management systems Bonus Points Ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to work well within a team, communicate needs, give constructive feedback, jump in when needed. Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment independently when required.
