Senior Recruiter (Sourcing & Client Success)

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter who excels in both sourcing top talent and building strong client relationships. In this role, you will not only drive full-cycle recruitment efforts but also act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring their hiring needs are met with exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various industries.
  • Engage with passive talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Provide clients with regular updates, insights, and market intelligence to help them make informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes.
  • Partner with internal team members to enhance sourcing strategies and optimize client success.
Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Strong background in sourcing, with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and consultative skills.
  • Experience managing multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor recruitment strategies to different client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries and job functions.
  • Prior experience in client success, account management, or talent consulting.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding and diversity hiring best practices.
