About the Role:
Were hiring a Senior Recruiter who can lead full-cycle recruitment while mentoring junior recruiters and helping management improve processes. This role requires someone with proven experience in international hiring, remote work, and recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for international and remote clients.
  • Partner directly with clients to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Guide and mentor Recruitment Specialists.
  • Review sourcing strategies and job postings to improve results.
  • Conduct interviews and ensure candidate alignment.
  • Manage pipelines through ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Oversee onboarding, reference checks, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with management on recruitment process improvement.
  • Take initiative on internal projects or system enhancements.
  • Stay updated on AI tools and hiring trends to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Experience in international hiring (US, AU, UK, or EU markets preferred).
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters.
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive.
  • Proficient in platforms like Workable, Manatal, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
