The HR & Admin Officer will handle the human resources and administrative requirements of the project, ensuring smooth operations, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies. This role involves recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and office support for the site team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment and onboarding of project-based staff.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and project manpower reports.
  • Process timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and coordination with payroll.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement requests, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies, labor compliance, and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate employee concerns, benefits, and grievances to HR management.
  • Prepare HR and admin-related reports for submission to the head office.
  • Support the project team in logistical and administrative needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in HR and administrative work (construction or project-based setting is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite.
  • Can commit to a 6-month project-based engagement.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months
