· Required 5+ years of hands-on experience in outside plant(OSP) fiber optic construction, with at least 2-years in a supervisory or lead role

· Direct experience with FTTHx (fiber-to-the-home/business/club) network deployment

· Proven experience with the construction and integration of outdoor telecommunications cabinet or similar hardened enclosures.

· Demonstable experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships

· Civil work standard(concrete forming, pouring, grounding)

· Local Utility power coordination and delivery

· Fiber optic cabling, spliing (fusion), termination, and testing( OTDR, Power meter, ILM, Data, Voice, IPTV alarm testing)

· Understanding of OLT, splitter, and patch panel functionality inside a cabinet

· Review and validate all project documentation, construction permits, engineered site plans, splice schematics and utility clearances.

· Conduct pre-construction site walks to assess site conditions, identify potential tasks, and verify the feasibility of the planned construction.

· Schedule and brief construction crews and subcontractors.

· Ensure as built drawing are updated to reflect any field changes.
