About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our property management operations. This role involves handling inbound communication (calls, emails, website inquiries), assisting tenants and property owners, and providing general administrative and online project support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from tenants, property owners, and prospects.Follow up with tenants regarding late rent payments and other account-related matters.Manage website feedback and online inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.Assist with general property management and real estate-related questions.Manage email correspondence and organize the inbox efficiently.Assist with online projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a customer service/admin support role.Familiarity with real estate or property management is highly preferred.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).Comfortable navigating social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).Familiarity or experience with Appfolio would be a PLUSTech-savvy, resourceful, and a fast learner.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
