The
Business Development Manager
will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing partners, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to increase sales and market presence. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing reports, and collaborating with other teams to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or any related course
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, OTA Ecommerce, Hotel Revenue Management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferrably with experience in the hospitality industry
