Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in Administrative or Clerical Work.
  • Must be computer literate and have analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP, Pricing, Bended Accessories Drawing.
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Pasay.

​Job Description:

  • Check and validate the details of the submitted Sales orders from account specialists.
  • Encode manually submitted sales order forms on SAP.
  • Compute and provide pricing on sales quotation requests based on cutting lists or purchase orders submitted by account specialists.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the sales order details such as pricing, drawing details, etc., encoded on SAP.
  • Monitor all incoming, pending, and outgoing sales orders/quotations.
  • Coordinates all queries and clarification on the data indicated on the sales order or sales quotation requests from the sales group.
