About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Specialist to join our dynamic team at Kareila Management Corporation (S&R Membership Shopping). As a full-time member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes and driving operational efficiency at our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila location.

What you'll be doing

  • Writes business process manual and system/ application manual.
  • Evaluates existing business processes and recommends areas for improvement.
  • Prepares test scripts/ scenarios that will be used for testing the new system/ application.
  • Participates in the testing of the new system/application.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Business Process Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a business process improvement role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience with business process automation tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with retail or consumer products industry processes and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
