We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to lead and oversee all F&B operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep knowledge of food service standards, cost control, and team development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of proven experience as an F&B Manager or Supervisory
  • Strong knowledge of food service operations, inventory, and cost control
  • Familiarity with local health and safety regulations (DOH, DTI, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
