Job Description:

The Finance Spvr supports the Finance & Administration functions, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and administrative services. The role ensures accurate financial management, internal controls, and adherence to statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and audit requirements, while enhancing accounting policies and procedures. Oversee administrative functions such as office operations, documentation, vendor management, and supervision of support staff to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Coordinate payroll-related financial activities with HR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience with administrative supervision preferred. Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting standards, and government compliance. Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems/ERP. Demonstrates leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams. Full-time position.
