Job Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

· At least four years' experience in accounting or finance as supervisor or head.

· Solid understanding in bookkeeping and accounting principles, can do bank reconciliation, billing and collection.

· Similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting.

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

· Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Can work in minimal supervision.

· Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports in a timely manner

· Adaptability to fast paced and dynamic working environment, flexible and can handle pressure.

· Highly comfortable and competent with MS Office

· Works well with others and is able to develop healthy professional relationships.

Job Responsiblities:

· Monitoring of all financial transactions

· Analyze budget and create expense reports

· Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns

· Analyzing bank statements and matching general ledger entries

· Conduct month-end and year-end closures

· Evaluate and decide on investments.

· Carrying out forecast and risk analysis evaluations

. Creation and submission of status-based weekly account receivables aging report

. Creation and filing of monthly income statements and balance sheets, among other financial reports at month's end

. Creation of tax returns and making sure taxes are dutifully and promptly paid

. Assist the General and Finance Manager in the preparation of budget forecast ; and monitor to determine if actual expenses are within the budget.

. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
