Finance Supervisor

Makati

Qualification:

  • BS Accountancy

  • 5 year's or more than total experience in General Accounting and 3 years as Accounting Supervisor

  • Proficient in MS Excel, BIR process, External Audit, updated to tax regulation and PFRS

  • CPA is preferred but not required

  • Must be trainable

Job Description:

  • Preparation of month financial reports (BS, IS, CFS).

  • Monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the company.

  • Liase with govt agencies (BIR, LGU, PEZA etc.)

  • Banks, Operations team, In charge of the year end audit and finalization of Financial Statement.

  • Ensure compliance and payment to different agencies and payment to different agencies (BIR,SSS,HDMF, Philhealth, LGU, PEZA). Ensure that company has the available funds to operate.

  • Monitor billing and collections and ensure receivable collections.

  • Other adhoc reports as needed by management for decision making purposes.
