Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily financial operations including billing, payroll, disbursements, and collections.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor budgets, expenditures, and fund allocations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure proper documentation, recording, and safekeeping of financial transactions.
  • Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and government agencies for reports and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in developing financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Provide financial guidance to department heads and support school management in planning and forecasting.
  • Supervise and train finance staff to maintain high standards of financial management.
