As a Business Planning Supervisor at ACOM, you will play a crucial role in the development, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing campaigns designed to attract, engage, and retain customers for ACOM's cash loan product.

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough digital market research to identify consumer preferences, emerging trends, and opportunities in the online loan market.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design and execute targeted online campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loan utilization.
  • Design, execute, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns, utilizing channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), display ads, social media, and email.
  • Work closely with other department and managers to ensure ACOM's digital presence is optimized for user experience, conversion, and compliance and ensuring digital campaigns support.
  • Utilize digital analytics platforms to track the performance of online marketing efforts, providing regular reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and loan utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder; preferably in Business, Marketing or related courses
  • Experience marketing loan products or other financial services online.
  • Knowledge of local consumer behavior and digital marketing trends in the Philippines.
  • Proven experience in business planning and digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics tools (Google analytics and others) to track and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEC regulations, data privacy laws, and compliance standards, particularly in the finance sector.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
