About the role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to join our creative team. As our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and brand messaging of our company. Based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office, this is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead the creative vision and strategic direction for all marketing and advertising materials, including print, digital, and video content
  2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints
  3. Oversee the work of the in-house design team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality, on-brand creative outputs
  4. Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities, and propose innovative ideas to keep our brand and campaigns fresh and impactful
  5. Work with external vendors and agencies to execute large-scale campaigns and projects
  6. Present creative concepts and proposals to senior stakeholders, securing buy-in and feedback
  7. Continuously strive to elevate the standard of our creative work and push the boundaries of what's possible

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative leadership role, preferably within the advertising, arts & media industry
  2. Exceptional creative and design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your artistic vision and ability to create impactful, memorable campaigns
  3. In-depth understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and the latest trends and best practices in the creative industry
  4. Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing creative teams to deliver outstanding work
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate your ideas and gain buy-in from stakeholders
  6. Adaptable and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  7. Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline
