Location: White Plains Creator House – On-site full time

Employment Type: Full-time (Contract-to-Hire)

Role Purpose

The Producer / Director is the creative engine and on-set decision-maker for the White Plains

Creator House.

This role transforms ideas, scripts, and briefs into visually powerful short-form videos designed

to feel like Los Angeles-quality social content.

They lead every shoot from concept through final take, coaching creators on delivery, managing

tempo, and ensuring that each piece of content aligns with 310's brand identity and U.S.

audience tone.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Planning

● Translate brand or product briefs into shot lists, storyboards, and scene outlines.

● Collaborate with Vincent (Creative Assurance) and Tim to define the "LA feel" and

campaign goals before each shoot.

● Brainstorm content hooks and story arcs suitable for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

● Build and maintain a shoot calendar with the Studio Coordinator and Recruiting

Manager.

On-Set Direction & Talent Management

● Lead on-set performance — call actions, manage pacing, and adjust delivery in real

time.

● Coach creators to deliver confident, natural, U.S.-style performances; correct accent,

rhythm, and tone as needed.

● Ensure every shot maintains energy, authenticity, and brand-consistent emotion.

● Direct the DP and camera team to match lighting, framing, and motion with the creative

brief.

Production Management

● Run multiple shoot setups daily across house zones (kitchen, pool, gym, studio).

● Manage timing, scene transitions, and crew coordination for efficient shooting days.

● Work with the Studio Coordinator to confirm sets, props, and wardrobe readiness.

● Approve all final takes before footage moves to editing.

Post-Shoot Review & Feedback

● Review rough cuts from the editor; provide clear notes on pacing, tone, and storytelling.

● Collaborate with the LA Creative Director for external critique and integrate feedback into

future shoots.

● Maintain a quality control checklist for every published video.

Required Skills & Experience

● Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Producer, Director, or Senior Content Creator in

digital media, advertising, or influencer marketing.

● Proven record producing short-form or social media video (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG

Reels).

● Strong leadership and communication skills; comfortable directing both creators and

technical crew.

● Excellent English fluency and understanding of Western tone and pacing.

● Working knowledge of basic camera framing, lighting, and post-production workflow.

● Extremely organized and deadline-driven; able to run multiple sets at once without loss

of creative quality.

● Bonus: Background in acting, coaching, or commercial performance training.

● Establishment of a repeatable on-set workflow documented for training future producers.

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
