About the Role

We're building a world-class Creator House in White Plains — a 10,000 sq. ft. luxury content space producing TikTok Shop live-selling, lifestyle content, and viral ads for U.S.-based brands.

We're looking for a Director of Photography (DP) / Lighting Lead to run all visual operations — from lighting and camera setup to full-scale studio production — and bring that Los Angeles production quality to Manila.

You'll define the visual tone of every shoot, ensuring all content looks cinematic, dynamic, and optimized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all lighting and camera operations across multiple studio sets (lifestyle, kitchen, gym, pool, etc.)
• Design and execute lighting setups for lifestyle shoots, talking heads, and live streams using LED, softbox, and RGB creative lighting
• Operate and maintain all camera gear (DSLR/Mirrorless rigs, gimbals, multi-cam livestream systems)
• Set and maintain a consistent visual tone — clean, vibrant, and U.S.-market ready
• Direct creators on set to achieve the best framing, movement, and on-camera energy
• Collaborate with editors and creative leads to ensure visual consistency across all content
• Manage and maintain studio equipment, keeping all gear shoot-ready and organized
• Support livestream operations including multi-cam setups, OBS configuration, and lighting balance

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in videography, cinematography, or lighting design
• Skilled with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Panasonic, etc.) and LED lighting systems (Aputure, Godox, Nanlite)
• Strong understanding of short-form social video production (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Experience in studio, commercial, or live broadcast lighting
• Basic knowledge of color grading and editing workflows (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut)
• Strong creative eye with the ability to deliver high-quality output in fast-paced environments
• Must live near or be willing to commute to White Plains, Quezon City
