POSITION SUMMARY

The Administrative Officer will oversee the daily administrative operations of the project team and manage external local affairs related to the project. The role requires a professional, well-presented individual with strong communication and coordination skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations at the project site.
  • Handle administrative documentation, permits, letters, scheduling, and office logistics.
  • Monitor office supplies, procurement requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Support Chinese and Filipino staff with administrative needs and communication bridging.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, accommodations, transportation, and project-related activities.
  • Maintain a professional office environment and ensure timely communication across departments.
  • Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and administrative updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, site protocols, and administrative procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, HR, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles (preferably in construction, energy, engineering, or project-based work).
  • Can speak basic Chinese (advantage, not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work with multicultural teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
