The Agent – Ocean Services is responsible for assisting in the coordination and processing of import and export ocean freight transactions. The role involves preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents, coordinating with brokers and shipping lines, and ensuring that all shipments comply with customs and trade regulations.

This position is ideal for individuals who want to build a career in logistics, shipping, and customs operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of import and export ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery.
  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO).
  • Support coordination with customs brokers, shipping lines, and government agencies for cargo release and clearance.
  • Help ensure compliance with Philippine customs laws, PEZA/BOC regulations, and international trade standards.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipment details.
  • Perform other related administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Customs Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge or internship experience in customs documentation, import/export procedures, or logistics is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Codes, and basic customs procedures preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
  • WILLING TO WORK IN PARAÑAQUE CITY.
  • WILLING TO START ASAP.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
