Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Liaison Officer to facilitate communication, coordination, and documentation between the company and external partners such as government agencies, clients, suppliers, and other organizations. The Liaison Officer ensures timely processing of permits, approvals, and official documents while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and follow up with government offices, clients, and external agencies for permits, licenses, and other required documents.
  • Submit, process, and secure company documents such as business permits, clearances, registrations, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records of submitted documents, transactions, and status updates.
  • Ensure deadlines for government and regulatory compliance are met.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with contacts in various agencies and organizations.
  • Handle errands such as document filing, payments, and delivery of official paperwork.
  • Provide updates to management regarding the progress of applications and submissions.
  • Assist in internal administrative tasks related to compliance and documentation.
  • Resolve issues or delays by coordinating with the appropriate offices or departments.
  • Represent the company in meetings or official transactions when required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (optional depending on company).
  • Experience in liaison work, government processing, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of government procedures and documentation processes.
  • Ability to manage time well and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be trustworthy, organized, and reliable.
  • Willing to travel and run errands as needed.
  • With valid driver's license (optional but advantageous).
