- Receives service reports from the Facility Officer that is recommended for special projects/Adhoc Works
- Send invites to special project service providers to conduct site/branch inspection on the recommended special project/adhoc works
- Updates monitoring of special project cases i.e. Site inspection, Contractor proposal, AOB endorsement, CAPEX/OPEX approvals, PO release (GSPD), Mobilization, and close out. This will be reported on a daily basis to the Landev Administration Officer.
- Follow - up of Purchase Orders (for special projects)
- Updates completion of special projects/Adhoc works
- Prepare certificate of final inspection and acceptance for all special projects/Adhoc works
- Receive all monthly billings (Special Projects/adhoc related) and transmits to the Admin
- Officer for Processing
- Update project status board on a dally basis
- Supporting the documentation - contract files and extra works quotation process
- Providing a professional Helpdesk service to all internal and external customers
- Responsible for the coordination of all planned and reactive services within the service contract. detailed planning of work with service providers and site representatives.
- To accurately record all information necessary to resolve reported service requests, incidents and complaints, including accurate classification to enable trend analysis.
- To monitor, action and escalate incidents as appropriate to achieve agreed service levels and to keep customers informed of status and progress of resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Major in Financial, Marketing, Operations, Office Management)
- Minimum of 1 year solid experience in property management operations
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Computer applications
