Role: ServiceNow Developer(Mid to Manager level)

Office: Makati (hybrid)

Work days: Mon to Fri (DayShift)

Note: Role is Open for a Mid level to a Manager level

Mandatory technical skills:

  • 3 to 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with expertise in ITSM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Reporting/Analytics, and custom app development using App Engine.
  • Service Now Integration to various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API / webservice / JSON / ServiceNow Scripting.

Roles & responsibilities

  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience in implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), Asset, CMDB, ITOM
  • Creating technical design document and writing
  • Unit test cases
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,
  • JAVA Script, etc.) Will be essential.
  • ServiceNow implementation of HRSD/CSM module
  • ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
  • Very good knowledge of the ITSM process
