INITIAL REQUIREMENTS

· Strong English and Spanish communication skills - both verbal and written

· At least 1 years BPO CSR Experience

  • Call, Email, & chat proficiency

· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain professional

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.

· EST/PST Working hours
