Loan Settlement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

● Settlement Coordination: Liaise with lenders to ensure settlements occur on time, following up on post-approval settlement conditions (payout figures, insurance, booking in settlements).

● Legal Coordination: Coordinate with solicitors to carry out accurate settlement instructions.

● Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with external parties (SMSF Agencies) and stakeholders to keep them informed of the settlement process.

● Client Updates: Inform clients of their settlement status, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.

● Documentation: Coordinate with all parties involved to ensure all necessary documentation is ready for settlement.

● Settlement Completion: Deliver timely and accurate completion of settlements, handling a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Australian HOME LOAN processing and documentation from an Australian mortgage broker or bank.

● Excellent communication skills.

● Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).

● Proven experience in banking documentation for home loan compliance.

● Proven experience in the end-to-end home loan application process.

● Core settlement experience (preferred but not mandatory).

● Proficiency in Infinity, Apply Online, and HubSpot (preferred but not mandatory).

● Strong technological skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.

● High attention to detail.

● Out-of-the-box thinking skills.

Technical Requirements:

● Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+

● 256GB Storage space - minimum

● 8-16GB RAM - minimum

● Dual Core CPU - minimum

● Camera: HD Webcam (720p)

● Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)

● Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
