Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian mortgage loan processing (required).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Broker Engine, ApplyOnline and Flex (advantageous).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent English comprehension and written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, capable of working independently while being a collaborative team player.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage post settlement tasks including settlement emails, 2-month, 6-month and annual check ins, annual pricing reviews, valuations for existing clients
  • Manage loan maintenance requests from existing client database including pricing, loan re-structuring etc
  • Complete lender pricing approvals, credit checks, and valuation orders.
  • Collect and package lender documents for submission.
  • Work with the Credit Analysts to Process loans, including data entry into Broker Engine and ApplyOnline.
  • Review client profiles and documentation to complete preliminary assessments.
  • Support the Finance Broker in meeting all compliance requirements.
  • Maintain client relationships by collecting additional documentation and providing status updates.
  • Manage conditionally approved applications and respond to lender information requests.
  • Follow up on pre-approved loans through to full approval and settlement.
  • Use judgment to ensure third-party groups meet approval conditions for timely settlements.
  • Identify and report any potentially fraudulent applications.
  • Validate valuation reports and mitigate associated risks.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Php 55,000 – Php 70,000 per month (based on experience and skill set).
