Job Description

As a Loan Processor, you will manage a pipeline of residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with investor and government guidelines. You'll work closely with loan officers, vendors, and underwriting teams to meet deadlines, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate documentation for successful loan processing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the process from lodgment to formal approval of loan applications
  • Enter data for new clients into the CRM and update existing records
  • Organize, index, and identify gaps in documents and property reports
  • Request pricing discounts from lenders
  • Prepare documents including the statement of advice, NCCP documents (preliminary assessment, credit proposal disclosure), and application forms
  • Submit completed home loan applications
  • Prepare and manage discharges for settlements
  • Finalize loan applications with clients, brokers, and lenders
  • Follow up from unconditional approval to settlement, ensuring all steps are completed
  • Follow up with clients for missing information
  • Send supporting documents and email them to the lender after lodgment
  • Follow up with lenders to ensure receipt of all supporting documentation
  • Monitor the loan application at each stage to ensure progress and adherence to timelines
  • Monitor applications daily and report on progress
  • Communicate clearly with brokers to ensure the loan progresses according to the original submission
  • Perform post-settlement tasks, including maintaining detailed records for customers advising on loan breakdowns
  • Upload supporting and submission documents to the aggregator CRM
  • Maintain loans for existing settled deals

Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years of experience in the finance industry
  • Bachelor's/College Degree holder
  • Essential skills: High work standards, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to learn quickly, a "customer first" attitude, ability to take feedback well, and a commitment to professional improvement
  • Experience with online applications and CRMs (e.g., Mercury, Flex, Symmetry, Podium, SalesTrekker) is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php45,000.00 per month
