The Loan Officer Assistant is a contractor role and is responsible for ensuring that our Brick City Capital operations are well supported.. You will play an integral role to ensure that our CRM data is kept up to date, due diligence is conducted on all transactions, and making sure the sales pipeline keeps moving through all stages.

Responsibilities
  • Due Diligence & Property Level Research
    • Create due diligence reports to verify the following:
    • General property information
    • City/state tax records
    • HOA status
    • Guarantor due diligence
    • Entity due diligence
    • Property value due diligence
    • Insurance amount verification
    • Rural search
    • Area quality rating
  • Loan & Portfolio Management
    • Create loan applications
  • Create portfolio tapes
  • Create and input data into pricing matrices
  • Salesforce Management
    • Create new opportunities in Salesforce
  • Transfer information from pricing matrix to Salesforce
  • Input necessary documentation into Salesforce
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Send daily task sheetsnumbers
Requirements
  • MUST HAVE: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, consistent, and reliable
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows at any given moment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is helpful but not required
