Job Summary
Principal Purpose:
- To support the Corporate Human Resources to achieve the HR and Development Team's strategic objectives, as set out in the HR strategic action plan by acting as the HR lead on a range of different projects and responsibilities.
- To act as a change agent in Managing Organizational Change where this relates to HR related activities, restructure, compulsory redundancies and voluntary severance schemes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the lead HR representative at the business site capable of building a strong business relationship with customer or clients
- Development of business strategies by partnering with business units
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes and ensures that the HR process flows are properly carried out at the business site/business unit
- Manages complex and difficult Human Resources projects cross-functionally that are cascaded per business unit.
- Actively identify gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover the risk
- Facilitates alignment of organizational structure, roles, processes, capabilities, measures with key business priorities
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
- Monitors third party personnel requirements of the departments such as janitorial services and project-based workers.
- Prepares and submit periodic reports as required by the Corporate Human Resources Department such as Headcount, Exit Interview Reports, Rule Violations, Administrative cases etc.
- Ensures commitment to carrying out a full cycle of HR operation at the business site/unit
- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time that support Company and Team Objectives.
Educational Background
- Candidate must be a graduate of any four-year course
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Psychology or Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline
Experience
- With at least one to two year experience in the related field
- A candidate will demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a junior HR position
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law
- HR Expertise in all facets of Human Resources
- Basic economic concepts
- Knowledgeable in Compensation and government-related benefits and labor laws
- Analytics and data gathering, representation and reporting
- Research methodologies and preparing sound recommendations
- With excellent interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet applications/software
- Data and statistical analysis proficiency
- Problem-solving skills
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
