Basic Functions:

Manages HR functions such as recruitment and placement, training and development, labor relations, and other related HR activities and assesses effectiveness based on measures developed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The position encompasses planning and implementation of recruitment and placement activities, training and development initiatives and assessing effectiveness based on measures developed and other related HR activities.
  • Plans, directs, organizes and implements training and recruitment programs and strategies in line with corporate strategies, vision and values to build organizational capabilities.
  • Builds and maintains partnership with internal clients in conceptualizing programs and solutions to various HR challenges and opportunities, particularly to training/development and recruitment.
  • Develops/establishes the annual training/recruitment budget and monitor/control of the same to meet division targets.
  • Plans, develops, implements and evaluates training and development programs to address employees' learning and developmental needs, including the development of relevant policies and procedures to continuously update and improve the function.
  • Conducts systematic training needs assessments in collaboration with business leaders through various techniques such as in-depth interviews with employees, TNA questionnaire, work group assessments to be able to formulates, recommends training plans and implements them upon approval.
  • Assist the Corporate Human Resource Manager in administering and managing the Annual People Review process.
  • Reviews, updates and sets up policies and procedures relative to areas of responsibility subject for approval of the Corporate HR Manager.

Education: College Education with Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Business Course.

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in human resources – particularly recruitment & training in manufacturing industry preferably in Pharmaceutical, Food, and Cosmetics.
