HR and Admin Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day HR and administrative operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Manage employee records, and compliance requirements
Assist in implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives
Handle employee concerns with professionalism and confidentiality
Other duties may be assigned to support evolving business needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
3 to 5 years' experience in HR and admin with supervisory duties
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Skilled in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in HRIS and MS Office
Able to handle confidential info professionally
